This website is operated by Fang Zuo, creator of HFAR ("we"), and provides information, reservations and waitlist registration for HFAR coach-training courses.

HFAR is an independent industry certification issued by its creator. It is not a government-accredited qualification.

Reservations are made via the waitlist form or WeChat and are free of charge. No payment is collected on this website.

Reserving locks your founding price. Tuition becomes payable only after a cohort is confirmed and you choose to enroll; payment method and receipts are arranged at enrollment.

If a cohort does not reach 10 enrolled members, it will not run — reserved members owe nothing and their founding price carries over to the next cohort.

For enrolled members who have paid tuition: withdrawals more than 7 days before the course start receive a full refund; within 7 days, incurred costs are deducted and the remainder refunded.

All content on this site and in the courses — text, images, video, the training system and teaching materials — is the property of the creator and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercialized without written permission.

Physical training carries inherent risk. Confirm you are healthy enough for conditioning training before enrolling; consult a physician if you have any medical or injury history.

We are not liable for injuries arising from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow coaching instructions.
